From the moment we arrived, Karen made us feel incredibly welcome with a pot of tea and biscuits. Our room was cozy and had all the thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge and a lovely view of the peaceful garden. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge selection including a superb full English that left nothing to be desired. it would have been nice to have a more extensive menu for the evening meals available.

Hot tub access, spacious garden, proximity to shops
Some rooms are on the smaller side!!! Check-in times could be more flexible!!! The walk to the beach might feel longer than expected!!! Confusing local road layout can disorient newcomers!!!
